Pioneer Log Homes of British Columbia has been building and designing Log and Timber homes for nearly four decades. We have five full-time designers on staff who can take your napkin sketches or magazine tear outs from a preliminary idea right through to construction drawings. We also have a core group of independent professionals and engineers that have worked on Pioneer projects all over the world. These completed sets of engineered construction drawings can be used for plan submittal, to obtain building permits or get planning approvals as well as obtaining bids and pricing. Our team of professionals will look after the design process and help make the job easy and enjoyable for you.

The design phase of home construction is a very intimate process where you share your dreams and ideas with us and we then turn them into real construction drawings.
