On the eastern shore of Nimpo Lake, you will find fourteen cozy log cabins each slightly different to the next. Wilderness Rim Resort is located in north central BC on Nimpo Lake, 185 km west of Williams Lake (where Pioneer Log Homes is headquartered). Year-round activities include fishing, hiking, swimming, photography, and flightseeing. Tabby will be your hostess at the Wilderness Rim Resort. She has a wealth of knowledge as she has been running the resort since 1999.
The Chilko Experience Wilderness Resort is not far from the town of Williams Lake, BC. Phil Huston, the owner of Chilko & Bryan Reid, the owner of Pioneer, had been fishing buddies since 1997 so when it was time to create the Chilko Experience the partnership was automatic. Built over five years at the start of the millennium by Pioneer Log Homes of BC, The Chilko Experience Wilderness Resort is composed of 12 buildings in total, including four log and three timber frame homes.
